Ingredients
1 lotus roots (frozen or fresh)
60 grams of dried peanuts (soaked 3-4 hours/overnight)
1 Carrot
6 cups water (can be adjusted)
1/2 tsp Chinese sesame oil
white pepper powder
Salt to taste

Preparation of Lotus root: Bring water to boil, add all the ingredients except sesame oil, salt and pepper.
Allow the ingredients in the water to boil, then simmer for about an hour. The longer the soup simmered, it will tasty and more flavored.
Lastly add the Sesame oil, Pepper and Salt to taste and stir well, after few minutes can turn off the flame.
