Methi Matar Malai (Peas Fenugreek Leaves Cream Gravy) Recipe

Fenugreek leaves (soak in salt and then squeeze out the water and fry in Ghee or butter). It recommended to soak in salt to reduce the bitterness of the leaves (optional) .

1 big Onion, Cashew, Poppy Seeds (Khus Khus), Ginger , 3 Garlic Cloves and 1 big Green Chilli

Earlier Ingredient that has been grind into Paste 

2 medium tomato puree (preferred green tomato)

1/2 tsp Cumin seed, 1 big Cinnamon, 2 Cardamom, 2 Cloves, and 1/2 tsp Pepper

Grind into Masala Powder

Add oil,following by cumin seeds and then the paste and let saute till the oil ooze out and follow by tomato puree.

1 1/4 cup Milk, 2 tbsp Cream, and 3/4 cup to 1 cup boiled Peas.

Add Fenugreek leaves that had been saute earlier and then Peas following by Milk and Cream. In medium flame bring to boil and last can be served with rice or Indian bread.
