Stir Fried Veggie with Tofu Recipe:-
Oil
Ginger - 3 inches

Garlic - 2 cloves
(Can add Cashews for crunchiness)
Carrots
Brocolli
Mushroom
(Can add more veggie as per your preference)
Fried Tofu (Cut into cubes, Then coat the tofu with flour and little salt, then fry them with less oil or Deep fry)
Hoisin Sauce - 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
Sugar/Honey - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Tips: The vegetable just needs to be sauteed for few minutes (at least 3 mins), don"t have to overcook.
