150g plain flour
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1 cup water
¼ cup milk
1 tsp of screwpine (pandan) essence/ Vanilla essence
1 cup thick coconut milk
1 tsp of melted butter
A few tablespoon of cooking oil
Method:
Heat up pan over a low flame . Pour a scoop of the batter in the center and swirl the pan to coat it and form a thin crepe.Once the batter colour change and the edge of the batter turn dry, Fry other side for few second only. Then Crepes is ready and remove it immediately.Put a spoonful of the coconut filling on the crepe and roll it up like the spring roll.
