Method :
Boil the noodles. For dried noodles, boil for 2-3 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain very well. Do not soaked the noodles.
Saute onion, garlic and ginger until translucent.
Add carrot and peppers, simmer for one minute. Then add all the sauces, followed by sugar and salt.Add Noodles, mix well. To serve, drizzle with Sesame Oil.
