Shrimp Fried Rice
Shrimp Nasi Goreng/ Shrimp Fried Rice recipes   
Combine the Cooked Rice With  1 Tbsp Butter
Shrimp 
1 Tbsp Butter
Curry leaves, 2 nos Chillies, 3 cloves Garlic, 3 inch Ginger, 1 big Onion
Any mix Vegetable as your preferences.

Method:
Heat the butter, add Curry Leaves, Garlic, followed by Ginger, and Onion.
Saute onion, garlic and ginger until translucent.
Then add 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce and Soya Sauce. 
Followed by Sesame Oil as per your measurement.
Then add White pepper about 1tbsp. Saute well. 
Now add 2 eggs and Scramble the egg well.
Later add the Mix Vegetables. Stir it about 3-4 Min. Then now add the cooked Shrimp (saute the Shrimp in butter separately in other pan. It will took only 3 Min.)  
Add Salt as per your taste. Lastly add the Rice and combine it well.
