Ice Cream Bread (Simple and fast) Recipe

Method:
2 cups of any flavour Ice Cream
11/2 cups Self Rising Flour (if you are using plain flour, add 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder to plain flour)
Optional: add chocolate chips

Firstly let the Ice Cream melt, after that add the Flour. Mix well. Transfer it to baking pan.
Let it bake for 40-45 min at 180c in the oven. Let it cool about 10 min, then you can enjoy eating with Jam.
