Cucumber Salad

Cucumbers are an excellent source of vitamin K and molybdenum.

Following is the benefits:-

Rehydrates body and replenishes daily vitamins Fight cancers
Relieves bad breath
Aids in weight loss and digestion
Cures diabetes, reduces cholesterol and controls blood pressure

Method: no measurement needed
Cucumber
Yogurt 
Salt to taste
Onion - cut into small cubes
Tomato
Combine all ingredient and let it sit in the fridge about 10 min.
This salad can also serve with Indian curry(chicken gravy, lentil gravy)
