First day in Germany.. written by my best friend

I came to Germany in 2008 for studies. I landed in Frankfurt International Airport. Flight landed in Terminal 2 and i need to go to Terminal 1 to into the country. So, i was looking for the sign boards for the directions. Amazing everything was bilingual:English and German.

WOW!!! Back home everyone who taught me German have bluffed me. Everywhere its bilingual. (Mind vioce): No need to learn German ;)

Finally a train came on time as stated on the display and train started on time but without a driver. Oh no!!! Where the heck is the driver? Am I safe? Ha haa haaa…. Cool down, Cool down. It’s self-driving train and could start to breathhhh… I saw wonderful landscape and couple of aircrafts. Hold on guys!!! Its 2008, I dint have smartphone to take a selfie. Something odd I felt. What time is it? Why is still sun out there? Ohh yaa, Its end of August and I'm not used to longer days in Germany. In my country, sun sets around 6PM round the year.

Finally I’m into Terminal 1. Still don’t know why, I dint feel that I’m in Germany. Next is to clear immigration. Just looking at my huge hand baggage and innocent looks, everyone might have figured out – First timer. Of course, Immigration officer too. Just one question: Student? Ja(Yes). Gut.bitte Schon. That’s it!!!

Well, now comes the waiting part, 30Kgs of crap!!! Ha haa haaa…. It took nearly 7 years to understand that I brought so much crap that I don’t even use or need it here.
